Terms of Service

Effective August 19, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at cephra.dev and the products and services operated by Cephra LLC ("Cephra," "we," "us," or "our"), including Cephra Video Scheduler, a scheduling and analytics dashboard for social media accounts available at social.cephra.dev (together, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Cephra Video Scheduler lets an account owner plan, schedule, and publish short-form video and image content to their own connected social media accounts, and view performance metrics for the posts they publish. The Service is intended for use by account owners managing their own social media presence.

2. Connecting Third-Party Accounts

To use Cephra Video Scheduler, you connect one or more third-party social media accounts — such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and others — using each platform's official OAuth authorization flow. We only access an account after you, as the account owner, grant that authorization directly through the platform. We act on your behalf strictly within the permissions you grant: scheduling and publishing content you create, and reading performance metrics for posts you publish.

You are responsible for the content you choose to publish and for complying with the terms, community guidelines, and policies of each third-party platform you connect. This includes, where applicable, TikTok's Terms of Service and Music Usage Confirmation requirements for content published to TikTok. Those third-party terms continue to apply to any content published through the Service.

3. Publishing Infrastructure

Cephra Video Scheduler uses Outstand, a third-party publishing processor, to manage the access tokens issued by connected platforms and to carry out the actual publishing of your content. Your content and media, along with performance history collected for posts you publish, are stored on Cloudflare infrastructure.

4. Disconnecting Your Accounts

You may disconnect a connected social media account at any time by revoking Cephra Video Scheduler's access in that platform's own account settings. Once disconnected, we can no longer schedule, publish, or read metrics for that account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to publish content that violates applicable law or a connected platform's terms, or to attempt to access accounts you do not own or are not authorized to manage.

6. Service "As Is"

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any third-party platform (including its APIs, publishing behavior, or availability) will continue to function in any particular way, as those platforms are outside our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cephra LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including any loss of content, followers, or engagement on a connected platform.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
