This Privacy Policy explains how Cephra LLC ("Cephra," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with cephra.dev and our products, including Cephra Video Scheduler (social.cephra.dev), a scheduling and analytics dashboard for social media accounts (together, the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

• Connected account information. When you connect a social media account (such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or others) through that platform's official OAuth authorization flow, we receive access to the account and basic profile information as permitted by the scopes you approve.
• Content you provide. Any video, image, caption, or other content you upload or create for scheduling and publishing.
• Performance metrics. Post performance data (such as views, likes, comments, and shares) that we read back from connected platforms for posts published through the Service.
• Contact information. If you reach out to us directly, such as through a contact form, we receive whatever you send us — for example your name, email address, and message.

2. How We Use Information

We use this information solely to operate the Service:

• To schedule and publish content you create to the accounts you connect.
• To retrieve and display performance metrics for your published posts.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To respond to you when you contact us.

3. Third-Party Platforms and Our Publishing Processor

We only connect to a social media account after you authorize that connection directly through the platform's own OAuth flow — we never see or store your platform password. The access tokens issued by connected platforms are managed on our behalf by Outstand, the third-party publishing processor we use to carry out scheduling and publishing. Use of a connected platform is also governed by that platform's own privacy policy and terms.

4. Where Information Is Stored

Your content, media, and performance history are stored on Cloudflare infrastructure. We retain this information for as long as needed to provide the Service to you, or until you request its deletion.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising purposes. We share information only as necessary to operate the Service — with the social media platforms you connect (to publish content and retrieve metrics on your behalf) and with Outstand, our publishing processor.

6. Your Choices

You can disconnect a social media account at any time by revoking the Service's access in that platform's own account settings. To ask us about the information we hold or to request that it be deleted, contact us using the details below.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we handle, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the effective date above.
